Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, start by taking it up with the provider. Keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Firmsit Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
